These terms apply to purchases made through Crochet Heart. Unless a product page says otherwise, products are digital crochet patterns supplied as downloadable PDF files; no physical item is shipped.

Please review the product title, photos, language, materials, finished size, and skill level before purchasing. Digital files are for the purchaser's personal use. Please do not share, resell, upload, reproduce, or redistribute the PDF or claim it as your own. You may sell finished items made from the pattern.

We aim to keep product descriptions and files accurate. If you have a problem with an order or download, contact us at anassachehboune09@outlook.fr and we will help resolve it. These terms are subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
