Digital crochet patterns are delivered as downloadable PDF files. Because digital products are delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the download link has been sent or the file has been accessed, except where required by applicable law.

If you receive the wrong file, a corrupted file, or cannot access your purchase, please contact us at anassachehboune09@outlook.fr within 14 days of purchase. We will help restore access or provide the correct file.
