Shipping policy

Most Crochet Heart products are digital crochet patterns delivered as downloadable PDF files. No physical item is shipped for digital products. The download link is provided after successful payment and is also sent to the email address entered at checkout.

If a product page clearly identifies a physical item, its delivery details will be shown on that product page and at checkout. If you have trouble receiving a digital file, contact us at anassachehboune09@outlook.fr with your order details so we can help.
